Biomass gasification thermoelectric cogeneration plant

Thermoelectric cogeneration means produce heat and electricity power from biomass syngas.It can save biomass consumption and also make full use of the power,also is friendly to the environment.Now the thermoelectric cogeneration is widely used for suppplying heat and power in winter.

The whole line of biomass gasification thermoelectric cogeneration plant includes biomass gasification plant,syngas cleaning plant,waste-heat boiler,ash filter,gas storage and internal-combustion generator.

Biomass materials can be all kinds of agricultural and forestry wastes.But plastic,rubber and chemical materials can not be used.

Biomass gasification plant is vertical type,it is used to turn biomass materials into syngas.Fluidized bed pyrolysis can flow the biomass materials and increase the gasification surface ot them,which makes biomass materials soonly become syngas.Also plant inside will never pile up no matter biomass materials or ash.Fluidized bed has much higher efficiency than fixed bed type.

Syngas cleaning plant is an unique machine equipped here to split tar.We adopts special technology to make the syngas clean enough,no tar contained.It is different from water washing tank.Use water will cause the second pollution.Our cleaning system will split the tar inside the furnace and no dirty things will be let out.

Waste-heat boiler is used to cool down the syngas.It is a cooling process which can cool down the syngas.At the same time,reuse the heat for hot water or steam.

Usually we use bag-type ash filter to collect ash.There is some ash contained in the syngas.The ash filter is also a second cleaning system to make sure syngas is clean enough to be sent for getting the electricity.

Gas storage is dry-type.It is used to make the syngas stable.So that users can get electricity stable.

Internal-combustion generator uses syngas as fuel.It requires the syngas cool,dry and also clean.It has a water recycling system to cool down itself.

The machine and spare parts will be packed with film and wooden pallet.
