Agricultural wastes industry type gasification power plant

This agricultural wastes igasification power plant mainly includes agricultural wastes gasification plant,steam boiler and steam engine.Here we use our horizontal type agricultural wastes gasification plant to produce syngas.And steam boiler with steam engine to generate electricity.

1.Agricultural wastes horizontal gasification plant:

Our agricultural wastes gasification plant is horizontal type.It looks like a big box,can be loaded into 20'/40' container.Our agricultural wastes gasification plant uses unique technology,which combines gasification chamber with chain grate.It is totally different from fluidized bed or fixed bed gasification machine.On one side of the gasification machine,there is a motor driving the chain grate,so loaded agricultural wastes will move together with the chain grate.The horizontal gasification plant mainly contains belt conveyor,screw feeder,gasification chamber and a controller.It can load and discharge automatically and continuously for 24h for supplying syngas stably.

2.Steam boiler:

The steam boiler can be connected to biomass gasifier directly.It is an equipment which using hot syngas to generate hot steam.The boiler mainly includes the boiler body,controller,water pump,steam distribution cylinder,dereator and water treatment,sample cooling and other spare parts.There is a softener equipment used to soften the water for the boiler.It is single tank type and the regeneration mode is downflow regeneration.Making final water meet the requirements of industrial and residential boilers.

3.Steam engine:

The steam engine is also called steam turbine,used to generate electricity power by steam.There are three types of steam engine,back pressure type,condensation type and extraction type.Different types have different usages.So,which type of steam engine is suitable depends on the final usages.We use steam engine because it has manure technology,runs stable.It has long history,workers can easily deal with it not only in operation but also in maintenance.
