No pollution wood carbonization stove for charcoal making

The no pollution wood carbonization stove is an environmental friendly type.It can turn wood wastes into charcoals.Final charcoals can be made into fertilizer,active carbon etc.This wood carbonization stove is horizontal type with movable trolleys,which makes the operation much easy.It is different from other suppliers' stove,our stove is long,not roung.It has 2 chambers,3-4 trolleys with rails and a controller.During theworking process,there will be no tar or dirty water discharged,which means there will be no second pollution and is friendly to the environment.

The construction of the chambers support the drying and carbonization modes.Preliminary prepared woods should be placed into trolleys.Then trolleys are moved into chambers.Each chamber can be loaded into one trolley,and start the drying modes both the chambers.After the woods are completely dried,turn one chamber into carbonization mode and keep the other still in drying mode.There will be some syngas produced during the carbonization mode,these syngas will be sent back for heating the woods.The time when carbonization mode finishes,move out the trolley with charcoals and place it on area for cooling.Move in another trolley with woods.At the same time,turn the drying mode into carbonization mode,and another carbonization mode into drying mode.The cycle is repeated.
