Machines of the biomass charcoal production line

The biomass charcoal production line is a horizontal type machine,it looks like a small container.This machine mainly contains 2 chambers,3-4 trolleys with rails and a controller.Construction of the chamber support drying and carbonization modes.

Biomass materials can be almost all kinds of agricultural and forestry wastes,likw branch,wood log,biomass briquette,bamboo,coconut shell,stick etc.

Working process:

Load biomass wastes into trolleys and move trolleys into chambers.Each chamber can be loaded into 1 trolley.Start drying mode both the chambers.The drying temperature is about 200℃.When these biomass wastes are completely dried,turn one chamber into carbonization mode while another still keep in drying.The carbonization temperature is about 700℃.During the carbonization process,produced syngas will be resent back to the stove for supporting heat.When the carbonization process finishes,move out the trolley with charcoals for cooling,and turn the carbonization mode into drying mode,the former drying mode chamber--into carbonization mode.Move another trolley with biomass wastes into drying mode chamber.The cycle is repeated.
