Biomass briquette carbonization stove for charcoal bar

The biomass briquette carbonization stove is used to produce biomass charcoal.Final charcoals still keep the same shape as briquettes.Compare with traditional charcoal making kiln,carbonization stove can increase the carbonization efficiency and decrease the pollution.

Our biomass briquette carbonization stove is horizontal type,it has simple structure and looks like a small container.This stove mainly includes 2 chambers,3-4 trolleys with rails and a container.Construction of the chamber contains drying and carbonization modes.Biomass briquettes will be loaded into trolleys and there is no need to move biomass briquettes again during the whole working process.

Working process:

Load biomass briquettes into trolleys and move trolleys into chambers.Each chamber can be loaded into 1 trolley.Start drying mode both the chambers.When these biomass briquettes are completely dried(this will not take a long time because the moisture of biomass briquette is very low),turn one chamber into carbonization mode while another still keep in drying.The carbonization temperature is about 700℃.During the carbonization process,produced syngas will be resent back to the stove for supporting heat.When the carbonization process finishes,move out the trolley with charcoals for cooling,and turn the carbonization mode into drying mode,the former drying mode chamber--into carbonization mode.Move another trolley with biomass briquettes into drying mode chamber.The cycle is repeated.
