Bamboo waste charcoal carbonization stove

Our bamboo waste charcoal carbonization stove is horizontal type,it has simple structure and looks like a small container.This stove mainly includes 2 chambers,3-4 trolleys with rails and a container.Construction of the chamber contains drying and carbonization modes.Final bamboo charcoals can be made into active carbon.

Working process:

Load bamboo wastes(no joint or one joint or two joints with hole on it) into trolleys and move trolleys into chambers.Each chamber can be loaded into 1 trolley,the volume of one trolley is about 3.6m3.Start drying mode both the chambers.When these bamboo wastes are completely dried,turn one chamber into carbonization mode while another still keep in drying.The carbonization temperature is about 700℃.During the carbonization process,produced syngas will be resent back to the stove for heating.When the carbonization process finishes,move out the trolley with charcoals for cooling,at the same time turn the carbonization mode into drying mode,the former drying mode chamber--into carbonization mode.Move another trolley with bamboo wastes into drying mode chamber.The cycle is repeated.
