Air flow biochar making machine carbonization stove

The newly designed biochar making machine is an environmental friendly stove,it will not discharge any dark smoke or tar.Syngas produced during the running process will be resent back to the stove for heating.Final charcoals can be made into  fertilizer and active carbon etc.

The biochar making machine uses biomass wastes as raw materials,like branch,wood log,biomass briquette,coconut shell etc,turning them into charcoals through high temperature.This biochar making machine contains 2 chambers,3-4 trolleys with rails and a control cabinet.All these equipments correspond to the dimension of 40' container.

Construction of the machine chambers support drying and carbonization modes.At the same time,there is no need to move the biomass materials,the modes are changed synchronously.Prepared biomass materials should be placed into the trolleys,then move trolleys into chambers on rails.Each chamber can be loaded into one trolley.Switch the chambers into drying mode.When the biomass materials are totally dried,switch one chamber into carbonization mode and another chamber still in drying mode.Produced syngas is directly into the furnace for support the process.Residual heat from carbonization mode chamber is directly into the drying mode.Almost all the energy is reused.The time when carbonization process finishes,move out the trolley with charcoals and move in another trolley with biomass materials,then switch this chamber into drying mode.The other chamber will be switched into carbonization mode.The trolley with charcoals is placed on area for cooling.The cycle is repeated.

That depents.Usually wood charcoal has higher fixed carbon content,about 85%.
